Avoid Extreme Environments: Customers should be advised to keep their wood products away from direct heat sources (radiators, fireplaces) and out of direct, prolonged sunlight.

Clean with Care: Only use a damp cloth for cleaning. Harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or too much water can damage the finish and the wood itself.

Regular Oiling or Waxing: Depending on the finish, wood products may need periodic re-oiling or waxing to keep them nourished and protected. This is crucial for long-term durability.

Promptly Clean Spills: Liquids, especially coloured ones, should be wiped up immediately to prevent staining.

Pre Coloured Items. A sealing wax is applied to all products and any prolonged or intermittent and periodic rubbing and cleaning may affect the finish. It is advisable to test on an invisible area first

Grain and Colour Variation: Because wood is a natural product, no two pieces are exactly alike. The grain pattern and colour will vary and small knots or other natural "imperfections" are part of the wood's unique character.

Handmade Variance: If the product is entirely or in-part handmade and/or finished, there may be slight variations in size or finish, which is a testament to the artisan's touch.

Uniqueness: Each piece will have its own unique wood grain that makes every item ‘one of a kind’.

Construction: All products and items we make are from solid pieces of wood - not bonded or glued pieces or sections. The exception to this is where the item and/or product explicitly states it is made from bonded and glued materials due to its size and custom construction.
