We take pride in using native timbers that are sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests. Our core stock includes Oak, Ash, Elm, and Beech, but if you're looking for something unique, we're happy to discuss sourcing an exotic or unusual species for your project. Please feel free to ask here.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and UK location of your order. We provide the following options to best suit your needs:

• Free Shipping: For all orders over £75.
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: A trusted service with full tracking.
• Next Day Courier: A fast option for time-sensitive orders.

Order Processing:

Natural Product Items: We pride ourselves on quick turnaround. We aim to dispatch all 'ready-made' items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Custom & Personalised Items: As each piece is handcrafted just for you, additional time is needed for confirmation, preparation and finishing. We will notify you as soon as your item is ready to be shipped, ensuring it is prepared for safe transit.

Returns: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and it is non-refundable.

Natural Product Orders: We know you're excited to receive your order! Natural products items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Personalised, Coloured & Custom-Made Orders: These unique, handcrafted items require additional time for preparation and finishing.

We will provide a specific estimated dispatch time for your order at the time of purchase. Rest assured, your item will be shipped the moment it is complete, fully cured, and packaged for safe transit.

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking information so you can follow it's journey to you.

Thanks for your interest! Unfortunately, we can't accept visitors at our location. As a small workshop, we do not have an office or suitable public location to welcome guests and visitors. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy for handmade, 'ready to ship' items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt.

Digital downloads and custom orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is damaged or defective. In the event of a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a return.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Eligible Items

Handmade, "ready to ship" items can be returned within 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made orders (any item that isn't "a natural product item") are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Do not send items back to us without first requesting a return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
